Program Enrollment Specialist (Full-Time):

The Program Enrollment Specialist is an essential member of the Marketing, Sales and Enrollment team and is responsible for customer data entry and records maintenance, superior customer service, and support for the enrollment of students, schools groups and adults in all Crow Canyon programs. The Enrollment Support Specialist works closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Database Manager, Enrollment and Retention Specialist, and cross-departmentally with all earned revenue program areas of Crow Canyon. This position contributes to the Marketing team’s goals and success through positive customer relations, consumer insights, and ideas.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s in anthropology, hospitality. Experience with, or interest in, data entry. Proficient computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn and master multiple software programs essential.

Educator (Seasonal):

The primary responsibility of a Crow Canyon educator is to teach experiential education programs in the fields of Southwestern archaeology, anthropology, and Native American and environmental studies to students, ages 10 through adult. Responsibilities include preparing educational materials and assisting with curricula development.

Education and/or Experience:

B.A. in education, anthropology, or related field, and at least one year of practical teaching experience required. Understanding of the prehistory of the Southwest and indigenous cultures is desired.

Field Archaeologist (Full-Time)

Assists with all aspects of archaeological field investigations, including survey, excavation, mapping, remote sensing, sample collection, material culture identification, field documentation, and preliminary report preparation as well as supervise and teach participants (ages 10 to adult) Crow Canyon’s excavation programs.

Education and/or Experience:

Minimum of a M.A. or M.S. in anthropology or related field, and at least two years of professional archaeological experience; or more than four years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must demonstrate skills in archaeological excavation, mapping, recording, and documentation and in teaching and working with people of diverse ages and backgrounds.
